How the Program Works

The AA in Organizational Dynamics is offered through our Adult Degree Program, and is available Online or On Campus. It is a cohort-based degree, which means that you will advance through each class in the program with the same group of 14-22 students. Classes are kept small so that our faculty members can give you the personal attention you deserve.

Classes are taken one at a time, giving you the opportunity to focus intensely on each topic. On-campus classes meet one evening a week at one of our locations throughout Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. Online students have weekly assignments and discussions to complete in their own time.

Throughout your program, you’ll have access to helpful, dedicated staff in our admissions, financial aid, and career services departments.

Application Requirements

To apply for admission to the AA in Organizational Dynamics, you need to have at least one year of full-time work experience and provide proof of a high school diploma or GED, including an official transcript.
